You will receive a shipment confirmation email with order details and tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has been placed.​

Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. Should the item be unavailable on the estimated ship date, you will receive an email notification. For orders containing pre-order and non pre-order items, please note that your entire order will only ship once all items in your order are available for shipment.

Sales Tax

 

Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to all addresses in Canada.

 

Duty & Tax

 

Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Orders being shipped to addresses outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
